How It Works (4 Simple Steps)

  1. Season & Seal. Season your food, place it in a vacuum bag, and seal it airtight.
  2. Set Temperature & Time. Clip the sous vide cooker to a pot of water and select your target temperature.
  3. Let It Cook. Drop the sealed bag into the water. The cooker circulates and holds the exact temperature for you.
  4. Sear & Serve. Finish with a quick sear in a hot pan or on the grill for color and flavor, then plate and enjoy.
